Vivek Ghai is a seasoned leader and a trusted commercial partner to leading life sciences companies worldwide, bringing over two decades of experience in the life sciences industry. He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a Master’s in Marketing Management from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.

As Executive Vice President at Indegene, Vivek leads the Enterprise Commercial Solutions business and oversees Enterprise Commercial Client Partnership & Advisory. He collaborates closely with global life sciences organizations, helping them navigate commercial transformation, enhance operational efficiency, and drive customer engagement through innovative, data-driven and tech-enabled strategies.

Before joining Indegene, Vivek led the Life Sciences business for Mahindra Satyam. An entrepreneur at heart, he also founded and successfully exited an IT company, further strengthening his strategic and operational expertise.
